RJ Goalkeeping Academy ("we", "us") provides goalkeeper coaching in Liverpool. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. Most of the keepers we coach are under 18, so we treat their information with extra care.

Who we are

The data controller is Ryan Jones, trading as RJ Goalkeeping Academy, based in Garston, Liverpool. You can contact us on 07706 505362 or at rjgoalkeeping@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Details you send through our enquiry form: the keeper's name, age group, current club and session interest, plus the parent or guardian's name, email and WhatsApp number.
• Details needed to coach safely once a keeper books: emergency contacts and any relevant medical information or additional needs.
• Photos and video taken during sessions, only with parental consent.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange sessions (legitimate interests and steps before a contract).
• To deliver coaching safely and contact you about bookings (contract).
• To keep keepers safe, including medical and emergency information (legal obligation and vital interests).
• To share photos or video on our website or social media, only where a parent or guardian has given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We never sell personal information and we don't use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes them to send the email. We use WhatsApp and email to talk to parents. The map on our homepage is provided by Google Maps. We don't share keepers' details with clubs or scouts without the parent or guardian's permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records for keepers who train with us are kept while they train and for 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Parents and guardians can exercise these rights on behalf of their child. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own tracking cookies. The embedded Google map may set cookies when it loads.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
